Our Cancellation Policy

All though this isn’t a fun topic, we do have a cancellation policy as described below.
We would really encourage everyone to read and understand it before making a reservation
and let us know as soon as possible should your plans change.

No Show - charged for one night
Meaning you don’t show up and occupy the room or you contact us after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival,
you will be charged for one night.

24 hours or less - charged 50% of the room rate
Meaning you contact us after 3:00 PM the day before but before 3:00 PM on day of arrival,
is 50% of the room rate for one night.

7 days to 24 hours before - charged a $30 fee
Meaning you contact us somewhere between 7 days before and up to 24 hours before your arrival date,
you will be charged a $30 fee.

Please note that this on a per room basis. That is if your reservation is for more than one room,
the cancellation fee will apply to each room.
Unless you have made special arrangements, this policy will be used.
